I learned to see

Why I love the work of photography is just so I can capture a special moment for someone else so they can remember it forever. When ever I was younger my dad would get me and my brother and his friends and we would make crazy videos just cause we were bored and it was the funnest thing. It's great going back to see the great times we had as a family, us not really have much time now in our life, that's only possible because my dad recorded a lot of the stuff that we did together.

My father in 2016 started his own videography business shooting weddings, engagement proposal, quinceañera, and other events for the church. They would put me on little jobs with the camera, but I loved being able to tell people where to stand, how to look, and what to do, I felt like the coolest kid telling these adults what to do. So when ever my local chamber of commerce's came to my school and asked if anyone wanted to start there own business, I was all about it! I ended up making my own photography business when a friend, and I am still making pictures with my friends and doing weddings and other projects for some wonderful people in my local area.

This photo was with some great friends of mine, we went to the light festival for an engagement photo shoot. I got be apart of a great moment in theses peoples life and it makes it really special to me for them to be able to remember that moment forever.

This shoot was for cover art for the album that he had created. This is one of my close friends, so being able to have my art be apart of the art that he had created through music is an honor to me. Now I am his photographer for when ever he makes new albums

I was asked by the DJ of this concert to take pictures for is friend who was running the show. The was a really great experience, I got to meet some really interesting people, and hear music that was wonderful. It was also pretty complicated, because , I have never shot an event that was so dark so, I had to learn how to use Manuel on my camera really fast.

Learning how to capture the right moment was kinda tricky for all of these pictures, you learn how everything works and how people are through the night. I titled the blog "I learned to see" because I looked at the world differently now, little things that people would miss blow my mind because of how beautiful everything is that I see.
